I seem to have a lot of 3* heroes that need levelling, which I don’t mind, but as I’m FTP I’m at that stage where I’m struggling with my classic heroes on Atlantis and I’m questing a lot.
I’m also not on here everyday.
Do I keep levelling my 3*s?
Are there any to get rid or prioritise?
This is my heroplan, up to date except for Suzuna who hasn’t been added yet.

A good 3* will get you further in PVE content than many 4* and 5*s.
That said, you have alreadly levelled most of your really good 3*s
I’d look into Joukahainen (bufff block, great in raid tournies) and Grevle (O/H will really help you in PVE, shame you dont have Faiez though)

I’d prioritise the following heroes:
Aqeela, C-Sabina, Treevil #2/C-Oberon
Li-Xiu and costume, Kara (provided you have all mats required)
Joukahainen, Kiril and costume
Grevle, Buddy
Falcon, BT and costume
I think there are some you can get rid of. However, I keep a copy of every non-S1 hero because I am a collector and on the off chance of a buff.

I would continue levelling some of the 3* heroes you have.
In my honest opinion I would focus on
Phoenicus
Grevle
Aqeela
Joukahainen
Bjorn
2nd Treevil
Whichever heroes you choose good luck

with a growing roster, 3s are still very important while you build your 4 and 5*.
even now, after 4.5 years of playing, I still level my 3* - though by this time I mainly use them in challenge events and 3* raid tournaments, not really anywhere else. (that said, in S5/Dunes, the amulet that buffs 3* has made 3* very useful for completing the stages!)

Of course you should. 3* are still needed, even if you have a big roster of top 5*:
- With crook&flail, the 5 season is easier to finish with 3* heroes than with 5*
- You need 3* heroes to unlock higher tiers of aliance quests (not that loot from them is worth it)
- it is easier to have high scores (and better loot) in 3* tier of challenge events and in 3* tournaments.
- For many newer events you need really big roster (for elemental challenges it is at least 25 heroes in each color) - it is easier to bulid it with 3* than with higher tier heroes, especially if you are F2P and have limited amount of AMs.
And what concerns your roster:
Purple: finish Bat, then Aqueela
Yellow: Hunt for Kailani and Dawa costumes, till then work on 4*, the 3*you have are not worth much. If you will catch Sally from CF1 she is worth ascending.
Blue: Joukkahainen and Karil. Don’t prioritise Valen, you have better ones.
Green: Grevle
Red: Jahangir or Phoenicus
When you will have Grevle ascended try a team of Grevle-cUlmer-Treevil-Waqas-Poppy. I was able to reach with similar team (Sally in place of Poppy) Valhalla 8th province and Underwild 3rd province. On Dunes with C&F you can do hard level with them.

You have a point about some of the quests! I generally don’t raid unless I have to and I’m more of a casual player than someone who participates in wars and alliance quests atm.
My Valen has already been levelled so I don’t need to prioritise him. I wanted to level all those with costumes starting with 3*s, but then I got in my own head about finishing Atlantis🤣.
I’m still working on Ulmer’s Costume, Bat, Li Xiu and Gnomer, and throwing the occasional trainer troops at Buddy (because of how I like to level up.)
In addition to 3* heroes for all of the above don’t forget your 2* troops to go with them. I am only now after five years of grinding my 4* troops getting around to the 2* and 3*. They can really make a difference in the effectiveness of your heroes.
Oh I agree with you 100% on that.
I always make sure my troops are a minimum of 3*.
Love it when I raid for POV or a chest and I take down a 5* team who doesn’t have the troops to match😅
