This is frustrating, they could have let the Tome of Tactics rare quest spawn during this weekend before contest of elements or the next challenge event, but no, it still hasnā€™t, this is very frustrating.

I donā€™t mind so much if they miss the other ones for scopes, tabards, etc but when it comes to D Blades and Tomes of Tactics, they should not miss those ones as they are the most rare ones for everyone.

So I 'm wondering. Was there any month with more different summons than this September?
And what 's the point of making pulls if I get about one Damascus blade a month and the only place I could get one for sure is replaced by another summon event.
