Second VIP pass

Hi all,

I have a yearly VIP pass and I am wondering if I buy the monthly.one, it would grant me a third base builder and 30 more gems. When trying to buy another yearly VIP pass, the game does not allow the purchase, however, if I choose the monthly VIP, I am redirected to.Google play to.complete the transaction.
Appreciate your feedback.
