Season 3 level 31 boss forest dragon. It seemed that the forest dragon did not “ debuff” when I used Domitia’s special skill. Is this correct, or did I miss something in the forest dragon skills.
Here’s what I see for the description of the Forest Dragon special:
- Deals 145% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
- Stack: The caster gets +10% attack. The maximum size of the stack is 10.
Stacks are not considered status effects, and can’t be removed from the opposing side by dispels or even removes.
