Beta portion of the Forum has many of them.

One of the cool things of any Beta program is doing stupid stuff, then resetting your account to a previous save.

Something I would love to see on the live server of any MMO.

But even if you get into Beta, you cannot share any of the stupid stuff.

At least not and reset.

Additionally there are some forum software quirks which make this unlikely.

The Discourse.org software is really set up for entire forum of Beta testers, not Beta sub forums with a Beta sub group.

But Beta sub forum is much easier to deal with from a staff point of view.

Access to whriting just for betatesters, reading for everybody ?

While this would be possible with the current forum software, it would be very labor intensive.

The moderators do a very good job of keeping everyone else informed.

Often reposting important Beta feedback to the main forum for all forum users to give feedback.

Mainly to squash inaccurate rumors.

Beta information shared on Line, Facebook, and Discord etc. is often incorrect or outdated. Screenshots get posted without context or explanation, and often aren’t updated as Beta is revised. I wanted to try to have a centralized place with updated information, and more detailed explanations.

Sadness

Rumor from beta says some Beta testers who like the program, left anyways.

They found it heartbreaking to play with new HotM heroes, emblems, battle items, etc., and then have to go back to the live server with its low chance of getting the heroes, grinding for 5*+20, grinding for Hurricanes, etc.

This is different from other MMO where only cosmetics are locked behind RNG paywalls, and micro transaction paywalls. Those MMO allow all Beta testers to play with new stuff on the live server ( when it goes live ).

That is not a problem with Beta, but the HotM business model. Beta magnifies all the good, and the bad, of a game. As years go on, I am not surprised with Beta testers dropping out of Beta.

And dropping out of the live server too.
