So I just finished stage 1 and 2 in the event. Stage 1 in 1:20 something and stage 2 around 1:05 but my score for stage 1 is roughly 48k and my score for stage 2 is barely 40k plus my health in stage 2 was better e all of my heroes. Is this a known problem?
Was match bonus a factor?

Definitely would need screenshots of the score breakout. Match bonus is probably the culprit like @Rigs said.
