If Rogue heroes use their talent to dodge Russell, then I believe, it’s working as intended. Never have I seen a special skill that can override a talent ability.

It’s been fixed - Rogues won’t be able to dodge anymore -

• Fixed an issue where Russell’s special was dodged by Rogue talent
