my alliance had 8 escaped titans in 36 since the update.
I am posting the results hope it contributes somehow.
Venomtail Dragon 6* - Rate A Tier IV
Venomtail Dragon 7* - Rate A Tier IV
Demon Lord 6* - Rate A Tier IV
Venomtail Dragon 7* - Rate A Tier IV
Primal Lizard 6* - Rate A Tier IV
Emperor Dragon 7* - Rate A Tier IV
Venomtail Dragon 6* - Rate A Tier IV
Venomtail Dragon 6* - Rate A Tier IV
I was top hitter in 3 of those titans. So I believe that there is no A+ for escaped titan.
Also, you can notice that every time a titan escapes my tier is IV.
6* - Rate A Tier IV
7* - Rate A Tier IV
6* - Rate D Tier I
9* - Rate A Tier V (more than 50%)
8* - Rate A Tier IV (less than 50% HP left)
7* - Rate C Tier I (less than 50%)
It looks like the loot tier is halved with some rounding or reduction mechanic. I have only noticed tier V with A and 9*. 8 we always kill, we had a 10* once, didn’t look what tier I got then

Above slightly if you’re referring to our Volcanic, 50-something when I checked. I don’t think the HP value matters much, the loot tier halving metric sounds about right for A/A+
