can i play war if i don’t have required trophies?

The trophy requirements are set by alliances usually to screen incoming members… Players below their threshold typically won’t meet their cup requirement and as such needn’t apply.
Once you’re in an alliance, the only thing stoppi g you from participating in wars and titans is yourself!
Wars you have to opt into. Best remember that most alliances take a dim view on unused war flags…
Titans you just gotta go whack

There is one other requirement. You need to be at level 12 to participate. Once at level 12, you watch the tutorial and you’re good to go!
