One of. The players of my alliance needed to reinstall because the game was not working. He connected to Facebook and recover his profile and heroes, but not his ID. So he is not recognized as a member of our alliance and is now a ex member in the war. We lost his attacks.
He needs to connect to his Google Play account in order to recover his progress and account ID. I don’t know whether Facebook does the same or not.

Not sure how he could have recovered his profile and heroes without his ID.
