This may seem to be a bit strange but I am running short of recruits (for HA rare troops & trainer heroes + TCs)
I am looking forward for advice on which levels are best for farming recruits - all time (is it still S1-8:7) & during the seasons AR, VF, TU
This level during AR (especially) you’ll have more recruits than you can handle
Otherwise yes S1 8-7 is still good. Have you still got omnias you can throw in the mix?

S3 P8-10N for me. 14-16 recruits for 6WE. Plus a good range of loot.
Not sure about S4. I am hoping for guidance here too.
I am starting to manually farm S4 P6-10N for those shy bats, as recommended by @Ruskin505. So far it’s been pretty good : 5 manual plays, 3 bats. :)))
Recruits for P6-10N is about 9-10 so far for me. Loot is so so.

It’s not strange at all. Very normal unless you loot like crazy during AR, and farm like mad at other times.
As @Jack.O.Kent has recommended : S2 P15-9N is the best for recruits. 19-21 recruits for 7WE. I do farm this stage outside of AR too.
S3 P8-10N for me. 14-16 recruits for 6WE plus a good range of loot. S2 P15-9N is still better value, even at 7WE, if all you want is recruits.
Nothing for me for S4 yet. I am waiting for more information for S4

You get 25+ recruits @ 3WE from 6.9 Atlantis Rising.
I only do 1.1 or 1.2 of AR, VF & TU. = speedy auto farm

What @Jack.O.Kent said … S2 -15.9 during AR was the only level I farmed specifically for recruits - now I have too many lol. Levelling up your Advanced House gives you a steady supply of recruits as well.

Not sure if you are at S4 yet.
I am testing P10-7N for recruits currently. 3WE during ToU = 14-16 recruits per run. Yummy deal for me.
