I’ve been a member of this Alliance for several years. Currently, I’m the heavy hitter. It’s very small, and everyone in it is a working adult with RW responsibilities, so it’s low-pressure. Nobody presses you to grind except yourself.
All in all, a nice, low stress gaming environment.
But I’m not a fan of E&P’s current direction, and if it doesn’t improve (from my POV), I’ll be quitting the game after I hit level 100. That’s a few levels away, but I’ve told my team. I’m not optimistic that the changes I deeply dislike will be undone.
Ideally, I’d like to find a player or players to fill out Canis Bellum’s ranks before I go.

Think it’s less about a lack of interest and more that alot of people here share your view. There are likely more than a few here who are still playing out of habit and/or because they are very fond of their current alliance mates. I hope you’ll find a player or 2 soon though.
