Continuing the discussion from Raids problem:
I have the same issue - no raid opponents found. I can play in the raid tournament though - just not normal raids.
Same problem. Used all my tournament attacks, currently in platinum.

There are simply no matches with V21 so far.
But you also won’t be attacked, since many players still playing V20 will get a version mismatch info popup as well.
It’s an issue, but has been like this for several updates. After a few days the rollout will be done and everything work fine again.
