We should be able to see the number of raid flags on the “members” tab. This would make more sense. The other tabs show their appropriate number of flags. See pics.

Why?
You’re in the Alliance part of the menu… Raiding has nothing to do with alliances…?
If you could challenge alliance members to raids, sure… But you can’t.
Raid flags are shown in the Watch Tower and Raid Screen (where you can actually use raid flags from)…
