This forum is managed by other players such as yourself so no one here can fix an issue. I would suggest the following. If none of these options fix the issue, please submit a support ticket.
- Switch screens within the game.
- Completely close the game and re-open.
- Close the game and power your device off/on. Start a new game session.
- Take a screenshot of your raid chest, raid 1 team (not how many opponents were killed) and check again.
