Recently pulled this cat on ha10. I always thought he wasn’t that great, but i just realized i don’t have a 5* blue healer. Other than Misty, which has a small health boost. I’ve been using Kiril the whole time (since 2018!) and don’t even have a single costume for him. Think he would be worth leveling up? Could help on titans keeping the whole team alive, but Kiril has the buffs… any thoughts?
Depends on what else you have. If you don’t have any other blue one you want to level, I’d say go for it. But any other blue 5* might be better even if it’s not a healer.
I have him and only use him for the lowest levels of towers, I have no other purpose for him.
Depends on your level, depends on your bench, depends on your expectations. I would use base Kiril instead of him, but you may find Rafael Le more useful.
I you have only Kiril, I think for the contest of element is useful. If you have extra material to upgrade.
Agree with this. If low on mats bring him to 3-70 for COE

I thought Raffaele was bad when he was new, and now 23years later he didn´t exactly get much better.
Misty on the other hand I always though was much better than people gave her credit for.
So between the 2 I would always choose Misty.
And of course Kiril is a much better hero than both of them. However without any costumes he doesn´t have the stats to survive long against stronger enemies, but if you play him already and he works, I see no reason to replace him.
The only reason I see to max Raffaele would be that you have too many mats to care about them and nobody else to use them on…

Thx for the feedback guys! I think I’ll take him to 3.70 at least to see what i think… have 16 scopes and no other blue to work on. I even lvld up sini… lol. Plus I have a tome of ascension for a pinch. Saving that for an unexpected great hero if i run low on mats. I could use him as suggested on coe… or 2nd war blue team.
Personally think he was rather underrated in his day. Stats let him down in this day and age otherwise he’d be a decent hero in my opinion

Save that Tome of Ascention for a color you are lacking mats for. Could save your butt in a pinch!
