Question: is training "Legendary hero" at TC lvl 20 equal to "Epic hero token"

e.g. is it the same thing also with all the appearance rates?
Rare hero:71 percent
Epic hero: 26.5 percent
Legendary hero: 2.5 percent

just wondering.

It’s something like 75%-3*
20%-4*
5%-5*

What @Radar1 said. Best odds for 5* is tc20. However, there is a 0% chance for event heroes and HOTM. Take your choice.
