I have a quick question, is there any way whatsoever for me to get more Royal Tabbards? I’ve been stuck on having just one for many months and I need five more for one of my favorites, Domitia.

The rare quest Morlovia has a tabbard and appeared a few weeks ago. That’s the only guaranteed place to get one, otherwise you need to hope for one to drop from a mystic vision, chest reward, titan loot, or war loot.
