Question about bomb damage on heroes with debuff

Does a hero take more damage from a bomb/arrow/axe if they have a debuff from Grimm or Gormek or any other debuff on them?

Nope, they always take the flat damage that is said on the item’s tooltip.

You can’t attack heroes with items
