[QoL] In the "Level Up" view, heroes that can't be used to train, should be moved to the bottom of the list

In the “LEVEL UP” view all heroes that can’t be used to train with (i.e in the party, with talents or favorites), should be moved to the bottom of the list.

Since, I have my view set to ‘power’, I don’t want them at the bottom.

I use team 3 and team 4 for leveling and everything at the bottom is feeders.

Yes that’s what happens currently. You have to scroll your entire rooster to find you’r feeders and sometimes (let’s say they are 5*/4*) you must scroll up again just to check if your not missing any.
Once you start having a rooster of +100 heroes it’s a tedious repetitive task to do…
