Is QoH special limited to only 3 minions?
Yes, all Minions are limited to 3 at a time.
New Minions will replace the oldest ones.
If you have multiple Minion Makers, older Minions of a particular type can be displaced by newer Minions of a different type. There can only be 3 Minions of any type at once, regardless of the combination.

True and i was very disappointed when i figured this out, thought the limitation is only for the same minion but you can have a max of 3 minions regardless from which hero
