I buy all 5 gem offer on Teltoc event, 200 gems (x5), and cost 3,99 Brazilian real. And one other with gems and event coins.

Today, after many days appear in my credit card that 3 of them was reversed (chargeback?), I don’t know the term. But anyways, the gems don’t disappear of my account.

What should I do?
Is a credit card error unrelated to the game?
