I purchased Rooster - Level 3 (I have payment confirmation) but was never able to collect. I tried clicking again and I get an error messaging saying “You already own this item.” Please help!
You can go to Options > Support > Recent Activity… And check whether you have already got the items or not. If not I would suggest you to open a support ticket with your proof of purchase.
