I’ve been a huge fan of your game since last fall. There’s something brilliant to be found in every aspect of your game’s design.
I’m sure you’d like to keep it that way, so the following suggestions can be tweaked to suit your needs. The core idea, regardless, is that alliance leaders should have some means of creating incentive for members of the alliance. For example, a leader may wish to reward the player most active in the last month… Or reward the players who most keep the chatroom active and alive.
Rewards can be restricted to a count refreshed over time or after an objective has been met (such as slaying the titan or winning a war). Or rewards could be strictly vanity, such as custom titles rewarded to Elders.
