Problem with technical request

Hello I have a question. Today, I do technical support requests all day. Throughout 1 hour, applications close as unsolved and receive no response, can anyone know why?

I would highlight that it is a weekend. While SGG does have staff working the weekend, it is not a full staff. You may have to wait a little while.
