Problem loading game

not sure if this is correct place to post so feel free to move or do what y’all do…

  1. I cannot load game. I get the small giant screen for 20 seconds then it just blinks out and goes to my phone screen. I uninstalled)reinstalled game but problem persists is it me or game and if it’s me what do? I hate that I’m losing my AR time especially since I’ve already had to wait on using loot tickets earlier for previous problem. Anyhow ty in advance

Reboot your phone if you haven’t already. Reboot your router, try cell instead of wifi (or other way around).
