Rare quests show when they are completed

Seasonal events, and Challenge events, do not show completed- All stages in a difficulty completed / Tier Completion

I set me avatar to the tier I am currently working on

Legendary/ Advanced - 5* hero for my avatar

Epic/ Normal - 4* hero for my avatar

Rare / Easy - 3* hero for my avatar

All tiers completed - Layla or Petri ( really any 1* / 2* avatar works

When I get to 98% or 99% of level, I set my avatar to Cyprian. If I see Cyprian as my avatar, I know to be careful of WE ( see notes ) until a new titan is up.
