You are meaning no “collect” button on the valor points when finishing the tier?
Most likely is that you tapped it accidentally when opening the PoV screen. Tier 4 is also the final tier so there is no new tier afterwards.
Screenshot of your points would indicate if they have been added to your total already or not.
If you’re certain that you didn’t get the points you can always #contact-support by opening a support ticket (click hashtag for instructions).
