Well I saw this this morning and was a bit shocked.
4 Years of sailing the ever changing seas of E&P.
I have never played any game so long in my 3/4 of a century on this planet. (Well not quite 3/4).
I canât even imagine the hours that I have invested over the years, but I donât think they wouldâve been invested if I didnât find joy along the way.
I have spent some money but nothing that brings me great remorse.
I have gotten some decent heroes but realize with the influx of so many new things that I will never have nor do I need to chase all the new shiny toys to have fun.
I have only been with two alliances over the past four years and I have seen a lot of people come and go.
I have struggled with health and found a wealth of support through this forum.

@zephyr1 recruited me many years ago and I went from three star titans to 12 star titans in a blink of an eye and never looked back.
Like many most of my enjoyment comes from the camaraderie of all my shipmates through the years.
On the other side of the coin I have met so many good people through this forum over the three years that I have been here.
I do seem to have a knack for staying out of the negative and utilizing the wealth of knowledge that has been passed down from so many intelligent people and statisticians who have sacrificed so many hours to make everybodyâs gameplay more enjoyable.
The community content over the years has kept me laughing although life would sometimes have me cry. 
I donât do social media but is that a lie ? Is this social media ?
I really donât think it is.
We are a worldwide community made up of all walks of life that have been fortunate to share so much time together.
I still have fun after four years and a couple of the reasons why I do are quite simple.
First and foremost I realize itâs just a game.
With all the craziness in this world I would never let something like A game bring misery to me.
That would be illogical.
I still love raiding and being raided.
Good boards ,bad boards ,win or lose,
Pirates enjoy battle.
Even with the different modes of war I still enjoy them immensely.
Again Pirates enjoy battle.
Iâve seen many come and go and truly feel that I made friends over the years here.
It would take me a day to tag everyone that has brought a smile to my face over the years.
I would like to thank all of the moderators since I have been here that have put so many hours, so much time, and in the midst of some pretty severe storms have always been able to smooth things out.
Thanks for the wonderful experience all my friends, I really do remember each and everyone of you !!!
