Maximum buff was +285% for normal damage
Due to miss chance, average over time was +161.8%
AND stacked with buffs like Boldtusk and Kiril
Apparently that lasted less than 72 hours
Currently Tarlak + Wu Kong / Ranvir
Currently Tarlak + Wu Kong
Maximum buff is +165% for normal damage
Due to miss chance, average over time is +80.2% which is
LESS than Tarlak’s +100% AND Wu Kong’s +93.8%
Tarlak + Ranvir is even worse
Due to miss chance, average over time is +72.25%
