This World Environment Day weekend, Small Giant Games — in tandem with many other game studios and the UNEP — will take part in the annual Green Game Jam. Would you like to participate?

Small Giant Games will be donating 15,000 trees on behalf of the Empires & Puzzles community through Ecosia. 
We’re also holding a month-long fan art contest in which you can come up with and submit your own nature-themed Hero. If you’ve got that creative itch, come throw your hat in and take a crack at Hero design!

As a part of our efforts for the Green Game Jam, we’re holding a month-long fan art contest in which you can come up with and submit your own nature-themed Hero. Scratch your creative itch by taking a crack at Hero design!
As with our previous fan art contests, a panel of judges (consisting of forum moderators and SGG staff) will first go through all submitted entries and create a shortlist, then the community will get to cast votes to decide the winners.
Finishing Top 3 in any category will net you a prize!

Winners will receive (awarded separately for the three most voted entries in each category):
- 1 Diamond - Signed poster, swag package, and 1000 gems.

- Submissions must:
- consist solely of original work
- not contain any content or language that is obscene, inappropriate, or offensive
- not infringe upon any third-party rights
- Spamming the same entry may result in disqualification
- Individuals may submit more than one entry as long as each is distinct. Individuals may also compete in any number of categories. As each entry will be judged on its own merits, it is possible that an individual may win multiple awards.
- Entries may be shared here on the forum or on social media (Reddit, Twitter, Instagram). When posting on social media, remember to use the hashtags #EPFanArtContest22 and #PlayingforthePlanet so we don’t miss your entry.
- Individuals must be over 13 years old to enter the contest.
