The negativity that open discussion elicits from the regulars on almost every thread is staggering.

I think you might find “the regulars” have read a lot of the same things, in different threads and under different titles. If someone doesn’t agree with someone else, their opinion is therefore not by default negative .

Alliance War Aids is so unnecessary!

I think the AW aids is so unnecessary! Why not just pit alliances against each other without all this BS aids!? Would be so much more fun to see who the victors are, toe to toe!

War aid improvement suggestion

With War and enemy aid seeming to be an enjoyment killer for many people, couldn’t there be a better way of using an aid? Instead of giving the enemy aid, couldn’t there be an assist that actually helps you instead of the enemy? Here is the example of what I propose: each person on the battlefield has a team and has War banners to use. Each team gets a certain number of aid boosts for THEIR team during the battle for each attack, similar to banner use for attacks. You could choose an arrow a…

To quote @Rook The misconception—because I only see my attack on the enemy, not their attack on me—is that something unfair is going on, and it’s not. Both sides get the special equally, every time, and always have.

The only fun thing about war for me is the comradearie with alliance mates. We cheer when we do a one shot kill (OSK) and we empathise when we fail miserably. If you’re not in an alliance like that, it might be time to find a new one. There are many. SG can’t take responsibility for that, surely ?

Besides, If you don’t like war opt out.
