Not available chat in the game after update

I installed today last update build 208 and see that chat in the game not available Problem only for me?

Chat is unavailable, both global and alliance.

Android is on a different build than listed above I think. I patched a few days ago but lost chat maybe 2 hours ago at most.

It’s everyone, I updated previously and had no problems up until about an hour ago.
