The weekday war of November 2 just wrapped up a few minutes ago. Although the game posted the war results in the alliance chat, as normal, I received no rewards or loot from it. In addition, the progression counter towards the War Chest did not go up. This is especially distressing because we won that war.
This is not the same issue as the War Chest not being awarded properly to users who dropped out. I did not at any time drop out of war.

They also put out an official announcement on it.
To reduce draw on servers loot is being applied over a period of time. You will still receive it very shortly after war just not immediate.

This has happened two mid-week wars in a row. Strangely, I had no delay with weekend war loot
