Can confirm that I’m not expecting this on Android (Samsung S9)

Advice:

• Shut down the game completely
• Restart the phone
• Clear the game cache (NOTE MAKE SURE YOU SYNC WITH YOUR GOOGLE PLAY FIRST)

Black screen/unable to load the game

You can try clearing the game cache first: Clear Cache: Open your device’s Settings app Tap Application manager. Tap Empires app. If you don’t see it, first tap See all apps or App info. Tap Clear cache. Just the Cache. Don’t clear the Game Data unless you’re 100% sure you have your game saved through one of the account connection methods. Clearing cache and data?

Hi everyone, I’ve tried without luck to install the update. Google play suggests clearing cache and data. Is this safe to do? I’m worried I might lose my progress? Any advice? Thanks!
