My Mystic Vision has regularly been doing this for hours at a time. It doesn’t seem to be a connection issue since it continues to do this when I switch from WiFi to Data or vice versa, and I will be fully able to use all other parts of the game. Also, you can see my WiFi signal in the picture. Several alliance members that I have spoken to are not experiencing this. Not enough ads purchased to fill all the slots, or is this a programming or connection issue somewhere along the line?
Just a thought - try restarting your entire device. Sometimes things get cranky and stop working as they should
