No Global chat option. Only Alliance. Please fix

It’s happening here too. SGG team informed me that Global Chat is not available in all countries and he confirmed that’s its not available in India. You should check your country’s status too.

please fix this. I can’t report it directly cause I don’t know how to post it. There is no global and alliance option. Just alliance only.

You can go to ‘Option’ - Support Tab - Support Burton to raise support ticket.
