I’m confused when you say you have one 5* to ascend but you are listing 3 different colors. Are you giving all of your feeders to one 5* regardless of color?
That´s a big variety in aspects - do you mean you have one Damascus Blade, or? 
Without knowing your collection, or type of play, it´s not easy to advice for me, sorry

Not knowing more about your roster (etc) I would lean toward Richard or waiting.

Silvaria is a great hero Mines nearl level 80 and am very happy with her performance. And based on your roster you could do with some green power.
