Newbie seeking advices on 4* team setup

There’s an order yes.

Let’s assume that all of your hero special skills are ready to be used. Preferably one or multiple diamonds, or nice cascades lined up, on your board also.

I always use my special skills before Wu Kong, so that I am sure they will hit.

Is it a Venom Tail Dragon? Because the special attack of this titan lowers your attack. Since you will not have a hero which will remove negative status ailments from your heroes, it will be wise to bring Antidotes.

Rare titans usually apply buffs on themselves. Melendor can dispell buffs, so you have got that covered.

  1. Did the titan use his special attack and lowered your attack stats? Use an Antidote.
  2. Use Melendor to dispell buffs from the titan.
  3. Use Boldtusk to increase your tile and special attack damage.
  4. Use G. Falcon to apply to red elemental defense debuff.
  5. Use Gravemaker to benefit from Boldtusk’s attack buff and Falcon’s defense down debuff.
  6. Use Wu Kong to increase your attack a lot more.
  7. Use the diamonds on the board – activate cascades.

The only thing you lack is a normal defense down debuffer. Gormek or Wilbur would be the most suitable for red titans, but Grimm and Tiburtus also have this ability. If you had Wilbur or Gormek, the order would be:

  1. Did the titan use his special attack and lowered your attack stats? Use an Antidote.
  2. Use Melendor to dispell buffs from the titan.
  3. Use Boldtusk to increase your tile and special attack damage.
  4. Use Gormek/Wilbur to apply the defense down debuff.
  5. Use G. Falcon to apply to red elemental defense debuff.
  6. Use Wu Kong to increase your attack a lot more.
  7. Use the diamonds on the board – activate cascades.
