New pin and/or flag background (Quebec, others)

Hello, with the increasing amount of players coming from Québec, Canada, like me , or would be nice if we would be able to get a pin and or a flag for alliance banner with our flag. Here is a picture of our flag.

Let me suggest that a pin with a single white fleur-de-lis on a blue field would be more striking but equally clear.
