Hello All,
Level 24 player here. I recently pulled 7 new heroes and wanted your opinion on a few different questions, so here goes:

Do I LB Belith who is currently maxed, or start levelingPtolemy who I can immediately take to level 33 with my resources? Ptolemy already seems to look better at that stage.

Should I level Rekhetre or Kailani first? I have a lot of yellow resources to use, so either will level quickly.

I have several 4* heroes who are 3/60, but the only one I have the ascension material for is Chao, should I ascend him? It took me forever to get that one compass! If I do ascend Chao, I will use the yellow materials on him before the other two yellows described above since he is in my current lineup.

Can I feed any of these 3* to my other heroes? In other words, are any of them useless? lol
Ptolemy is a decent 4* healer. I would do him over Belith.
Belith is good too but 3*. Her dispel comes in handy.
I would do Rekhetre over Kailani.
If you need to bring in two healers, one normal healer and one boost healer work hand in hand.

Would you ascend and level Chao before Rekhetre?
For sure maxed Rigard. He’s a good cleanser/ healer. Even for a 4*, he can be useful against those other heroes.
Yes he is the purple that I am currently leveling, hes been a great pair with Treevil.
I love my Treevil. I have used him for rush. Nasty little tree is he. I didn’t know trees can be so nasty.

Looking at your current roster, yes.
You have Lemur for a blue 3* healer. He’s decent for healing and some protection. And Ptolemy and Rigard.
Hopefully Belith too (soon enough; may many compasses & gloves find their way to you). That makes 3 or 4 healers.
I spotted BT too. He’s decent.
For attack and possibly defence, Chao is okay. In the wing. I used him a long time ago.
You have Aqeela. He’s a nifty 3* in hand, being fast and dodgey. Try to level him.

You have to make a decision on which part of the game you want to focus for now, since you cannot have everything. My general advice is to focus on 3 star heroes first. Make sure you have an absolute minimum of 3 (better 4 or 5) 3star heroes in each colour before you start working on the 4 star heroes.
The reason for that is that they are much faster to level and you can do a lot of things with them early on, like complete rare quests, and trials in addition to the 3 star tourneys of course. Doing well in those types of activities will give your more materials to then upgrade 4 star heroes (same game again get 4 or 5 of each color before moving on to 5 star heroes). Also you need to gather lots of emblems and limit breaker materials to make all your heroes stronger and all of those you can gather much faster if you take your game step-by-step.
As to specific questions:

Belith. Emblem her, and maybe LB her, she´s going to be useful even later on, especially in buff booster tourneys, which is her best discipline

Rekhetre first, but Kailani isn´t useless either

Upgrade Rekhetre first, Chao is nice, but he´s not a game changer. So he´s not worth taking your focus away from 3 stars.

In general you can use your duplicate 3 stars as feeders, but a few of them might be worth keeping a copy of. Some (especially Season1) 3 stars are so bad you can use them for food as well, without keeping a copy: Examples are: Dawa, Prisca, Greymane as they also have bad costumes, so they don´t gain usability when you get the costumes either. But even those are worth leveling early on if you have nothing else in that colour, so don´t worry, keep your Prisca until you have no more use of her (I still have my Dawa sitting there to remind me of my beginnings
In general: Non S1 heroes are much better than S1, so upgrade those first, in your case: Aqueela, Rekhetre and Guardian Lemur. Valen (defense down) and Kailani (support) are also useful. Both Nashgar and Jahangir are useful as damage dealers. Bane is a good one as well and the only one I can see there that I would consider getting a second one of, as he is the only thing that you have available to win against treevils. That should not be a too big problem where you are right now (not too many people should have him), but if you do encounter him, you will probably be more than happy to have 2 Banes (all yellows help to make the tiles stronger, but Bane can make treevil miss your heroes), Gato would be a good partner for him as he can protect himself and his to neighbours from Treevils ailments.
As to your 4 stars: For now treevil should be doing great as raid defense tank, but you may want to replace him eventually with a 4 star: You already have good candidates with Boril, Kiril and Boldtusk, so when you finally decide to upgrade a 4 star, I would suggest you pick one of them.

Short answer for all questions like this… The bigger the number on the season… The more likely they will be better… So much better than season 1 or 2. The comparison between 3/4/5… Yah… Tough choices need to be made.
