How about having a random coloured tile in your game.
A tile that when activated, just like you activate a diamond tile, sets all your heroes specials off.
The tile would have to be random but would also bring some long awaited FUN into the game again.

Instead of a tile could it be a crafted battle item? That way it isn’t available for pvp but would be fun for events and such?
