Nerf Scarlett anything nerf her nerf her speed from fast the average. or her defense.
Why ? I have her at Max, she seems pretty weak to me, dies easily, skill doesn’t hit particularly hard. The lowered attack is nice but that’s about it.

She hits really hard relatively speaking but dies really easy - seems pretty balanced to me.
