About two months ago, while I was having pretty spotty internet while on Vaca I had an accidental purchase refunded/cancelled which resulted in a negative gem balance. I just got a message stating that I am negative due to “revoked content” and if I don’t return my gems balance to positive then my account will be permanently suspended. I don’t know what “revoked content” means. I’ve never done anything but play. Also, I’ve spent nearly 500 bucks on this game, and refunded only this one purchase. Doesn’t seem like very good customer support. What should I do?
You’re going to need to contact Support about that, as fellow players there’s unfortunately nothing we can do to help with that on the Forum.
