Need help with new account SG!

hi Petri. I am glad to see all of u . I like this game and I play it very often. and I made a lot people to begin playing this game. B ut now I need your help. I lost my game. my phone has burnt. and in new phone i cant get my old game back. i am on 31 level and I have my own alliance named by F_A_C_E and nick is the same also. I am trying to fix this problem almost 10 days but all in wain. I am signed form the game to my face-book too. help me to get my game back please.

you have to click on ‘Reply’ of Rook’s message or you need to type @Rook - otherwise she won’t see your message

you have to submit a ticket to support - as in the link shared above by Rook. Support needs the information about your account number - that will enable them to connect you to your previous account. Neither Rook nor I - I am also just a player - can do more than ask you to contact support

What ticket u mean? I don’t understand here many things how to do.

Shlould I delete new one wich I have installed now or from this new game I can recover the old one?

Yes I did it twice or three times. U know what I dont understand, how can I get my old one if I dont put any ID code. If I give u all my information, can u do it and help me?

As I remember I made screenshot of ID from my old game. And in new game how can I put that old one to recover it?

@face - are you in an alliance? Maybe there is someone there that can translate for you? I cannot submit a ticket for you and I do not wish to have your account details. Only support can recover your old game. Support needs the account details. If you are having a problem understanding the steps to contact support, please find someone that can translate for you.

Why can’t you access your old account? Did you forget the email address you use? Or is there another problem?

I can help you writing the ticket, but it is still unclear why you have ‘‘lost’’ your previous account.
