Hey, I’ll introduce you to my characters. I’d like some help deciding which character to focus on and in what order, and whether it’s worth it to pursue them. Today, from the Summoner’s Call, I chose Mother Frost. I think this is the character I’ve been missing the most. Any advice from experienced players would be greatly appreciated.

I think you should trust yourself. Looking at the heroes you’ve decided to keep, you’re either outrageously lucky or you know who to use as food.
c2 Kiril, c2 Cyprian, Li Xiu (especially if you subsequently get 2nd costume), Kalo, Rigard, Dawn are stalwarts of tournament play, and Boldtusk, c2 Caedmon and c2 Kelile are very good if not necessarily top tier.
For war defense and farming levels, the strongest 4 star defense I can see would be c1 Rigard / Li Xiu / c2 Kiril / c2 Caedmon / c2 Kelile.
For titans, Wu Kong, c2 Boldtusk and Brienne enter the conversation, depending on what level titan you’re hitting.
You have an abundance of opportunity, decide which parts of the game you like and then prioritise accordingly.
If the answer is “I like everything”… unfortunately this game forces you to make choices!
great advice there! the only things I have to add are a few other heroes that I saw:
I spotted a Sergei, so I think Wu Kong can now be ignored. (For OP: Sergei gives an attack boost without the chance to miss - ergo, better than Wu)
And I also see Melendor with 3 costumes, another great choice.
Sabina with 3 costumes too, is useful and versatile
I do see that Li Xiu has all 3 costumes - the 2nd costume (for OP: the one that silences 3) is by far the best in terms of special skill
a tip @Krissss , next time you post your roster, it is best to categorize by color/element, so those giving advice will see who you have more easily. in this order that you have now, it is easy to miss some key heroes in your roster
There are lots of interesting heroes, did you go through your available materials to see who you actually CAN max? That may limit the list for next-one-to-max a lot and make the decision much easier.

c2 LX is excellent for raiding and tournaments, and also useful for events, as I’m sure you’ve gathered. Base/c3 LX is solid for raid and war defense.
What do you think about this lineup for future 4-star tournaments: Caedmon x3 (cartoon version) - Gormek x2 (the second one in costume) Cyprian x2 (the second one in costume) Li Xiu x3 (cartoon version) - and Kelile x2 (the last one in costume)? Unfortunately, I don’t have the character Colen yet
C2 version is much more powerful for Caedmon both on offense and defense.
The rest I would use like you on defense, while Kelile is worth swapping around depending on tourney type. (I would prefer the burn all in bloody battles, but the hit-3 in the other two).
On offense I would swap LiXiu to the C2 version and Gormek depending on opponent defense in any of the 3 versions.
Colen is another great one, but he´s not essential for defense, can be useful on offense, but is most of all an event hero, for situations where max damage output matters more than speed, not so much a PvP hero, where speed is the more dominating factor.
