I only have Tametomo from your list but I am pretty sure he is the best one of these heroes. I really enjoy playing him… super fast with extremely high damage which never misses. I can really recommend him!
As I don’t have him, I can only imagine that Tametomo is great on offense where you can choose when to use the special. I will say that when I have faced him on defense, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen them hit me more than at 1x. Which still does decent damage but not quite as high as the other two charges obviously.
