I only have one Tome and I need to max a 5 star to take the 28 4star trainer heros I have out my roster space! Below are the mono teams I often run in war and use in tournaments & raids, please help me pick the best 5 star I have! Thanks!!

Cathal, Grazul, and Elradir, and Vivica are the four that catch my eye.
Grazul doesn’t necessarily improve your mono red team, but the status blocking is a very valuable skill.
Cathal is the one I feel is least regrets.
I can always use more 5 star healers so Viv can add value.
Elradir is a decent hero. I don’t have him and don’t feel he’s a top hero out there suitable to be in every mono green attack. He’s more of a depth hero to use against the right team.
