After watching mystic vision ad there is no reward

Also not getting rewards. Have been watching the entire ad through and then it closes and says no ad available. Refresh the game and force close etc and it repeats. Has been happening for 4 or 5 days now.

I turned my phone off / on and only then was MV restored.

When it happens I usually will go play a quest stage or level some heroes. When I come back it’s usually back up and works. It knows when it fails and seems to work itself out. Probably comes from the shortening of the timeframe for each time available.
Also played several mystic videos to the end but received no loot.
