I have received multiple 4star ascension items, but not frequently. Items have included rings, potion, farsighted scope and others. Note that I play everyday and have been playing for over four years. BTW, my latest MV netted 30 emblems.

I dislike the constant repetition of same games being pushed, but it IS worth enduring in my opinion.
